Description

  • Ring
  • Bronze, glass paste, gold leaf
  • Hoop: diam. ca. 15 mm, th. / w. ca. 2 mm. Bezel frame: 8 x 6 mm. ht. 4 mm. Ht. with inlay, ca. 6 mm.
  • Ring, with a raised oval bezel frame, on a vertical axis to the delicate hoop, holding colored inlay under a convex cap in whitish glass paste. The rim of the bezel is decorated with beading. The ornament pattern is a pale radiate form, which seems to be made of gold leaf, upon a darker ground. It may be a flower? with 7-9 petals; it is not a star because the radiate forms are too irregular in contour.
