  • Buckle, square
  • Iron
  • Frame: l. 3.3 cm., ht. 3.1 cm. Tang: diam 2 mm.
  • A nearly squared bronze buckle, with a movable tang bisecting the square on its longer axis. The frame is roughly triangular in section. The round-sectioned thinner tang is frozen in place by corrosion.
  • Intact; rusted and encrusted.
