  • L. current, 24 mm. W., 4.5 mm at the break tapering to 2.5 at the tip. Th., 3 mm, tapered at the tip above the projection to 2 mm. Projection: l. 3.5 mm, ht. 2.5 mm, notch depth ca 1 mm.
  • Tip of thick pin, orthogonal in section and tapered. Tip is decorated with projecting decoration, which consists of two projecting ridges formed within plug of metal. rnFunction unknown; part of a functional costume element? it would most resemble the tongue of a brooch save for the mysterious ornamental protrusion.
  • Broken; surfaces clean.
