Description

  • Bead
  • Bone, cut along the grain.
  • L. current, 18 mm W. 10 mm., th. 7 mm. Hole. w. 6 mm., height, 3 mm.
  • A long large bone bead, rectangular section with all edges rounded off. Though much is broken away, one end is partially intact, as is a long section of one side; this profile, and the proximity of the piercing to its upper end, indicate clearly a tear-shaped bead tapering sharply to a (nearly) pointed tip. Drill hole visible.
  • Poor. Close to half broken away, surface, worn.
