  • Arm with spur: L. current 8.4 cm., original ca. 9 -9.5 cm. Spur portion, ca. 6.5 cm. l. originally. Th. 7 x 7 mm. above, tabering to ca. 4 x 4 mm. below. Bar portion, rnBar, on both arms w. 1.7 cm., th. 3.5 mm.rnAngled arm of bar: 6.2 cm. l. total; flat section l., 3.2 cm., angled end l. 2.3 cm.
  • Utilitarian fitting or brace for a larger object. One arm is a sharp long nail-like spur, squared shaft, point intact. It is attached, 1.7 cm. before the corner of the object, to a well-shaped thin bar with carefully rounded edges, bent at a precise right angle. The bar narrows to its join with the spur with a sharp diagonal on each side.rnThe arm of the bar: at 3.1 cm. from the corner, the bar is bent again, at a precise 45 degree oblique angle; its end is preserved, rounded in a shallow arc.
  • Medium to poor. Original contours and some surfaces preserved; heavy encrustation and rust afflict many surfaces. Shaft bent.
