- 12mm high, 9mm wide, 2mm thick
- Etched in the oval of red carnelian is a finely-detailed eagle, three-quarters out to the right with folded wings and tail fanned. It perches upon a rounded altar, head turned back to the left, a laurel wreathborne in its protruding beak. A crescent moon hangs upturned beneath the wreath, paired with an eight-pointed star to the upper right, beneath which floats a sceptre bound with a ribbon.
