  • Small fragment of white marble, worked on two sides. One side was polished smooth, the other was decorated with two parallel cuts.

  • Very difficult to say anything conclusive about this fragment; I wonder if the photo shows the reverse of a piece cut down for reuse in a the cosmatesque or opus sectile decoration or it might be associated with the colonnettes since it was found with the bases in
