  • Strato pavimentale composto da cettentizio con inserzione di tessere di arenaria. The pavement is divided in rectilinear sections by lines, predominantly running N-S, perhaps reflecting the method of its construction. The slate pieces on the top of the pavement forms two distinct patterns; one forming large rectangles along the lines in the mortar, one forming what appears to be tangenting circles, especially in the S-most part of the context. The pavement preparation is quite thick, as seen in the sides of the cut 7022 which slopes down to the north. The pavement itself has collapsed from its original level and slopes sharply to the west.
  • The pavement is joined to east by another pavement preparation, 7031, and should be seen as equal to it.
