- Layer of tightly packed dark clayish soil mixed with reused construction material, both Roman and modern, including brick fragments, mortar pieces, slabs of marble presumably from the pavement on 7004 below, stones of small to medium dimension and a few pottery shards. The layer is significantly deeper along its west end, following the slope of the collapsed 7004, but is level at its top.
