- Layer of very dark black earth covering most of the pavement 6217, of medium hard compaction, mostly composed of earth but also including some bricks, tiles, cubiliae, bone (animal) and some fragments of pottery.
- The layer probably was over more parts of the room than discovered and was probably partly taken off by the bobcat. It seems however that it did not cover the whole room.
