  • Patches of the mosaic floor are still preserved in the corridor. In the other places the pavement was still present but completely broken by the collapse of the walls and the rubble fill on top of it. It ran up to the marble revetment of walls 6184 (east) and 6241, and also up to the door in 6184, as the doorstep 6255 was placed on top of it.
  • Small tests have shown that a 10 x 10 patch of the mosaic comntained 114 tesserae in one count and 121 in another.
