- Wall running north from northeast corner of exterior of laconicum comprised of a large squared tuff brick (23 W x 48 L x 13 H cm) and then a flattened threshold of mortar. Finished smooth over a course of reticulate and then the vittatum quoin at its juncture with 6221. At the bottom 60 m below the level of the sognia is a foundation offset of acing sawed bricks for two courses before hitting the underlying yellow construction clay. Above the level of the threshold, the casale has cut off the upper courses and rests on the wall. Immediately beyond the wall of the casale, the wall is cut deeply (32 cm) by the course of the modern drain.
- the wall technique is very similar to that of 6184 though it abuts the laconicum structure
