Interpretation

    • This construction seems to be part of the foundation for a pier made out of 3029 and 3037 and its cohorts. If 3131, which bonds for it is, in fact for facing the wall 3037, then it is possible that this structure is in phase or at least re-used with pavements 3127=3128=3131
