- The cut is vertically placed in the center of the northern cistern wall SU 10028. The cut begins with a semicircular shape 13 cm above the X. It continues for 75 cm to the opus signinum. The cut continues for another 170 cm in the opus signinum with a trapezoidal shape with an interior of 10 cm and an exterior of 27 cm. On the visible base of the cut the interior is 17 cm and the exterior is 25 cm. There is a hole in the horizontal base of the cut. When clay was removed, cold, clean water emerged with pressure. An encrusted piece of the lead fistula is present on the southern side of the cut. The hole continues vertically down for at least 70 cm.
