  • large moulding fragment, complete in width, possible a threshold, or a base. Has moulding on both sides, one side has a polished band, 12cm wide, surface behind it towards the other moulding is roughly picked, so was not visible.Most interestingl, a repair was made, where a round hole was cut just behind the higher polished band, which nevertheless cut into the polished wone, maing it ultimately visible. The repair consisted of a round hole (9 x 12) with side cuts for the dowels; thicknesses varied, on polished band is 7.2, just ehind it on rough surface is 5.3, on rough zone near moulding other side is 7.0; there are four dowel holes in the back, in pairs on opposite sides, 2.7 x 2 x 2.5deep
