  • Very loose and sandy layer of brown to yellow clay with many small inclusions and a few larger inclusions. A great deal of blue mortar similar to that used in wall 6067 is found. Some inconsistency of fill inclusions and fill, but the composition of the soil seems consistent. Stretches south of the walls 6068 and 6069 and runs across the width and length of that sie of the trench.
