  • only superficially exposed (2008); wall of roughly squared tartara stone blocks atop foundations of abundant limestone and yellow tufa chuncks; very little offset (ca. 6 cm) visible on eastern side, one of 12-20 cm on western side. tufelli of tartara ca. 19 x 7, roughly coursed. Small to medium pozzolana pieces with small inclusions of other intert material (unreacted lime, stones, terracotta chips), some pieces of white limestone atop walls still evident 35 cm above foundations, indicating perhaps the use of heavier aggregate at the base of the walls. No bricks or bipedals present.
