  • Strato di pietre e malta adiacente al ceentro del lato occidentale del saggio con andamento N-W/S-E. rn2008 - Roughly worked limestone, and the local white stone used to pave the road bonded only by yellow clay (turned red during firing process). These are not free-standing walls, but are packed against the cut for the praefurnium / lime kiln (4126). They sit on built graves 4235 and 4237. Larger stones were used on the upper course and close to the lime kiln.
