Villa Magna

Interpretation

    • Grave of an adult male later disturbed, nature of disturbance still being debated, but could be from the construction of the porch, robbing of the porch and the surrounding area, collapse of possible tomb cover, perhaps later burial activities (???). Was buried in empty space indicated by horizontal clavicles, sunken sternum, position of L. elbow, fallen phalanges. Boundary of the empty space created by the wall to South of body as indicated by the position of the L. elbow against the wall.
