  • Fill of the Roman fistula in SE area of chapel. Granular texture when removed, but sticky enough to form pellets when handled. Very fer inclusions; inclusions are very small. Fill does not completely fill the fistula, there is an empty space at top.
  • Most of the larger components were deeper. Excavated to 0.40. Can measure the fistula back for 1.39 m. Approximate distance to the end of the threshold stone (measured from entrance of fistula on the outside) is 1.34 m.
