Finished smooth over a course of reticulate and then the vittatum quoin at its juncture with 6221. At the bottom 60 m below the level of the sognia is a foundation offset of acing sawed bricks for two courses before hitting the underlying yellow construction clay. Above the level of the threshold, the casale has cut off the upper courses and rests on the wall.
