Interpretation

- Juvenile skeleton in walled tomb in S. narthex. Position of bones indicates that it was buried with flexed knees, in empty space and the bones have subsequently fallen. It would appear that this was done because the child is too large for the tomb and it might not have originally been constructed for this individual.
