- A thick stratum of red clay visible on the west side of the foundation cut 13006. Its apparent equal, 13024, is also present overlying 13009 at the east end of the trench, although it is not entirely clear that it was not redeposited at this point.
- not excavated. It covers 13023 at the west end of the trench: again, unclear if this is a geological relationship or redisposition.
