- An L-shaped structure in the west of the trench. Outer sides clearly defined because of finishing; inner side originally solid. Base in concrete about 3 cm, without facing (possibly mortar bed). On excavation, northern end of structure has one in situ piece of marble remaining, suggesting the whole structure was once faced with marble.
- North and south end seem to be same material; the stretch faced with marble on south end seems to have broken off north end and now lies on south.
