Description

  • The wall forms the vault which covers cistern SU 10000. Although almost completely preserved in the northern half, the southern half only remains to the height of the springing of the vault. The construction is in opus incertum. There is a large cut in the northwestern wall, 1.5 m wide and about 2 m tall directly against wall SU 10028. There is also a small cut about 1.7 m south. The wall is covered in a calacareous deposit in many areas, and the top of the vault has what looks like calcareous drips.
